About the Artist

Hello!  My name is Holly, and I'm from Southampton in the South of England.

I take inspiration for my work from nature, fantasy/mythology and travelling.  I mostly work in traditional media - pen & ink and watercolours, though I often switch up my materials to try something new.

​

I studied Illustration at Falmouth University in Cornwall. After graduating I moved back to Southampton to be closer to my family and the New Forest.

​

I have spent much time in Japan which continues to inspire me and made me fall in love with a culture and country I have always admired.

I believe art is continuously evolving, developing and informed by passion and experience, making it a lifelong love and pursuit of mine. ​
